Dr. Pini Wijayanti became one of presenters on TEEBAgriFood Global Symposium Agenda in United Nations Conference Centre, Bangkok, 7-9 November 2023. Ten IPB University researchers attended the Symposium, representing a multidisciplinary research team from IPB University led by Prof. Dr. Nunung Nuryantoro, conducting multiyear research entitled Promoting Biodiversity & Sustainability in the Agriculture & Food Sector through Economic Valuation in Indonesia. This Global Symposium is the culmination of the 5-year European Union Partnership Instrument TEEBAgriFood project that has been implemented in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, and Thailand.Together with Prof. Dr Suria Darma Tarigan and Prof. Dr. Nunung Nuryartono, she presented the cacao agroforestry results and preliminary coffee agroforestry results and contribute to a panel discussion on the implications of these results for agriculture, environment, and development policy in Indonesia.Feel free to contact her to know more about the TEEBAgriFood framework.
