Description :

This Summer Course aims to 1) discuss the trade-offs and synergies among nature conservation and food security, especially under the challenging geopolitical situation and World War 3 threat; 2) equip participants with basic knowledge on valuing environmental resources; 3) challenge participants’ critical thinking on the course theme through several site visits covering small islands, marine and mountain ecosystems

Course Fee :

1. 4 SKS (eq. 180LH*) Summer Course with excursions:

• 5 Days 5 Nights program = USD 240 (International Students)       
• 5 Days 3 Nights program = IDR 1,700,000 (Local Students)     

      2.  2 SKS (eq. 90 LH*) Summer Course without excursions:

• Full online : FREE of charge, applicable for International students and non-Jabodetabek local students ONLY.

27 Jun – 10 July : Online courses
12 Jul: International students arrival
13 July : Opening Ceremony, Cultural Day and Excursion around IPB Dramaga Campus .
14-16 July: Excursion at Pramuka Island, Gosong Patrick, Air Islands and the surroundings at the Thousand Islands Regency
16-17 July: Excursion at Cibulao Mountain Conservation Coffee and the surroundings at Puncak Bogor
18 Jul : Group workshop and presentation at IPB Baranangsiang Heritage Campus
23-24 Jul and 3 Aug: online international competition
7 Aug : online closing ceremony and Batch 10 farewell
