The Faculty of Economics and Management (FEM), IPB University organized a Socialization of Integrity Zone Development toward a Corruption-Free Area (ZI-WBK) on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at the Equilibrium Room, 1st Floor, IPB Dramaga Campus, Bogor. The event was attended by academic staff and administrative staff within FEM IPB as part of a collective commitment to promoting clean, transparent, and accountable governance.
Carrying the theme “Ramadan and the Momentum for Strengthening Integrity,” the event served as an internal consolidation platform to reinforce the values of integrity, professionalism, and the improvement of public service quality. The program began with an opening session, followed by the singing of the Indonesian national anthem Indonesia Raya and the FEM March, and a prayer.
In his remarks, the Dean of FEM IPB, Irfan Syauqi Beik, emphasized that the development of the Integrity Zone is not merely about fulfilling administrative requirements, but rather about transforming the work culture by placing integrity as the fundamental principle in every institutional service and management process. Furthermore, the Vice Dean for Resources, Cooperation, and Development (SKP) of FEM delivered a report on the implementation of the ZI-WBK program in 2025, which covered program achievements, implementation evaluations, and strategic follow-up plans aimed at improving the quality of faculty governance. The discussion and question-and-answer session took place in a constructive atmosphere, reflecting the active participation of the academic community in supporting the development of the Integrity Zone within FEM.
The event continued with a Ramadan tausiyah (religious reflection) that emphasized the importance of integrity, accountability, and responsibility as part of Islamic values and professional ethics. The program concluded with a communal iftar (breaking of the fast) and congregational Maghrib prayer, symbolizing togetherness and strengthening the sense of solidarity among staff members.
